"Why moving wards in the middle of the night is bad..."

About: Kettering General Hospital

So hospitals are unsettling places at the best of times, and when people are in hospital its almost always not the best of times....and so whilst I have nothing but praise for the clinical staff and the nurses I have encountered the faceless manager that decided I needed to move beds at 2300 at night just has no idea what impact that might have....frankly I just want to go home. just crazy, bad management. Damn shame frankly. Perfect demonstration of how to destroy a perfectly good patient experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and for your positive comments regarding the clinical staff and nurses who cared for you. I am sorry you were unhappy with moving beds late at night. Unfortunately we are unable to look into the reason this happened without further information from you. Please contact our Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS) on 01536 493306 who will then be able to look into this for you. I hope you are now home and well! Amie Burrows Complaints Co-ordinator
