Do not try to reach the hospital by phone unless you have several hours on your hands. I waited half an hour just to get through to the operator, after which I was passed from wrong department to wrong department. They also lost important forms of my daughter who was waiting for an operation. Absolutely terrible customer service and administration. Please consider desperate relatives trying to get through on the phone and improve your services. This is the worst hospital I have e we dealt with.
