"Recent Investigation"

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband who had a procedure carried out recently under the NHS Choose and Book scheme, and also from my perspective as I waited for him at the hospital. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough. The care was excellent, the appointment for the procedure came through quickly and my husband was consulted all through the process. The procedure was carried out by the consultant themself, which can be quite unusual in a normal NHS hospital. From my perspective, waiting for my husband, the staff were wonderful, with all levels of staff making sure I was OK, offering tea/coffee and just being generally very pleasant. This hospital is of a very high standard, but still with a nice 'feel' and atmosphere to it. My husband received a follow up call the day after the procedure just to make sure he was feeling OK, which I think is very impressive. Cannot recommend highly enough and would encourage people to choose this hospital under the NHS scheme.
