My pre-assessment 2 weeks before my procedure was extremely reassuring and put me at ease. On the day of my appointment (29/04/15) I was so impressed from start to finish with the standard of service in this unit. Every member of staff, without exception, was unbelievible. My doctor team are amazing. Thank you. On a lighter note I can reccommend the lunch box ??.
