What I liked
Went for elective surgery at Redwood. Timing was precisely as advised. Close, courteous and informed attention throughout, being kept aware of what was going on at all stages, friendliness and good humour of staff pre-op, in theatre and on ward post-op. All my questions were listened to and answered fully.
What could be improved
Very little if anything. Food is basic, but I didn't starve.
Anything else?
I would certainly recommend Redwood/ESH to anyone needing similar treatment.
A thoroughly professional, proficient and, in the circumstances, enjoyable experience.
