I would like to take the time to thank the staff who cared for my wife when we visited the out of hours service last night. The GP was fabulous, I honestly think if every GP was as professional and passionate about their job as he was our NHS would be an even better service I believe his name is Dr Tollan, he is a credit to the NHS. My wife was then admitted to A&E and from
Nursing staff, medical staff and porters the service was first class. The only thing that lets this department down is those sitting at the front desk. Their mannerism towards people attending could be far improved, people are coming in unwell and they are met with doom and gloom faces with poor people skills. Whatever happened to hi can I help you with a smile. I understand they see all walks of life some not so pleasent in a department like this however they are the first contact in your department and they let it down greatly. Politeness and a smile or a helpful tone costs the NHS nothing. I am delighted we have such an amazing service close by. Thank you so much for caring for my wife it's appreciated!
