What I liked
I was made to feel like I was a patient instead of a robot and just being told what to do. Staff smiled alot and made you feel special. Folkestone is lucky to have The Royal Victoria Walk in centre.
What could be improved
Directions on where departments are - but they are dealing with this with new building works going on
