"Pharmacy rethink required."

The pharmacy needs attention. Today I waited for one hour and a half for my prescription to be completed. I was not the only one. Yesterday a colleague waited for over an hour. Please don't t say this is an isolated problem, it happens every time I come to RSCH. I feel sorry for the pharmacy staff who take the brunt of the complaints. It needs a rethink!!!

We are sorry that you had to wait a long time for your prescription and agree this is not an acceptable length of time to wait.
