What I liked

The nurses were very polite, happy and helpful.

What could be improved

Phones need to be answered propmtly, messages need to be passed on efficently and if someones says they will phone back they should actually phone back!

Anything else?

I saw the consultant who was excellent, after that I saw his SHO who did not introduce himself, didn't listen to what I had to say, failed to address my concerns and fobbed me off with some drugs. When the medication I was given caused serious side-effects getting another appointment took a month and then was cancelled without my knowledge. I have been left in severe pain, with extreme side-effects and nothing to help.
