"Chaos - left in pain for months with no..."

Deliberately chose Circle in preference to RBH thinking it would be quicker and nicer. How wrong I was. Abyssmal communication, false promises on timescales and still waiting for treatment 3 months after urgent referral from GP. In constant pain and have received nothing from the consultant but fobbing off - not even painkilllers - last appointment lasted 23 seconds after waiting 5 weeks for it. Walked out in tears. Now asking to be transferred to RBH. At least the staff care about the patients there even if the buildings are sub-optimal.
