About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

Sent appointment letters to the wrong address and wrong GP even though my details were correct and up to date, tried to book me in for an operation I didn't need, then tried to pressure me into major surgery, when I told them I was going to get a second opinion, ignored me and booked me in for the major surgery anyway. Zero confidence in this department. Nothing but mistakes and ignoring my wishes. Would not recommend to anyone!
