"Very poor customer service"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

My wife has been ill for almost a week and been dizzy. As we have just move in East London,we have not registered at the local GP. We went to A & E, the first contact where my wife had to explain her health. The member of staff was so rude and arrogant , they told my wife to go home and take paracetamol. I ask them that she need to see a doctor. They said that your wife looks fine and if she is ill for 2 weeks then you can bring her. I told them that we have a 5 months old child who is breastfeeding and if anything happen to my baby ans wife we will take legal action. Then they calm down and let us go to the next step which is registering follow by a nurse to see you then after waiting 4 hours the doctor has seen us and diagnose my wife as having lung infection which may lead to pneumonia. She had 38 degree fever. When I come outside I did tell this admin that this member of staff is not doing a good work. I did ask them a favor if they know any medical pharmacy which open at this time 10.30 pm, they sent us to one in Leyton which was shut at 8.30 pm . What a customer service.
