"Fantastic staff at Medical Imaging"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

My 5 year old had a brain MRI at the Medical Imaging unit in March. The staff were fantastic with her, talked her through what would need to happed, how long it would take, how noisy it might be, and how still she would need to be. They put music on the headphones for her. And at the end of the scan praised her for 'being brave'. I can't thank them enough for putting an anxious 5 year old's mind at rest (and her mum!).

Thank you so much for your feedback and glad to see that we were able to care for you and your daughter through a potentially stressful situation. I will make sure that your kind words are fed back to staff. Thank you.
