About: Queen Alexandra Hospital

Nurses and staff are excellent , Qdmin however is confused and disorganised , my las appointment was missed by the Qa four times with waiting times horrendous. My daughter has been referred three times and the hospital has mislaid all the referrals and the Pals team is impossible to contact as the phone is left on answer.

Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased that you found the nursing staff to be excellent. I am sorry that you had difficulties with referrals, waiting times and our PALS department. The PALS Team are happy to discuss patient's concerns, but this means that they are often on the telephone for quite some time, this may be the reason you continued to be put through to the voicemail service.
