I attended this clinic apprehensive and embarassed - however right from the start at reception I was treated with dignity and respect. I was fitted in as an extra but did only had to wait 20mins before being seen. The staff went the extra mile to put me at ease and explained clearly what was happening and gave me appropriate advice. The Nurse Specialist in particular was happy to discuss my issued despite the fact that the clinic was very busy.
