What I liked

Caring staff/nurses exceptional (especially Avril)

Treated the person not the disease

Saw same people every visit

Felt "cared-for"

Care was patient centred.

Attention to small details

Play therapist enhanced visits

What could be improved

Parent facilities

Consultant bedside manner

Anything else?

Staff so dedicated to their patients. Shame if hospital closed or reduced.
