"Bad experience"

About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

Following a small procedure at UCLH I was referred to the consultant for further treatment. I attended my first appointment yesterday. Waited to see them for more than 3 hours, the staff lost my notes, the consultant eventually called me in but did not even give me time to sit down. They asked to see my wound and then decided I should come back in 2 months. I got the impression hthe consultant not interested. I left there feeling pretty aweful and will not return unless I really have to.
