"delay on given IV antibiotics on acute assessment..."

I was admitted to the acute assessment unit by my gp on Wednesday 8th April in the early evening after going to see my going with a urine infection and they were concerned as my heart rate being high as well as my temperature. The doctor contacted the AAU to let them know that they wanted to admit me and me and my partner was coning in my partner`s Mum took us there. We got there before six was taken through to a bed half an hour later wasn't put on IV antibiotics straight away after the usual checks but after eight o'clock in the evening I was attached to a heart monitor for twelve hours due to my heart rate being high. Never saw a doctor until after midnight I think and the same doctor came back to my bed to put a cannula in the back of my hand ready for the IV antibiotics but didn't start having the antibiotics until the early afternoon the next day (Thursday 9th April) was moved on to ward 200 the same day I never saw a doctor at all and was told by a AAU consultant that I could go home yesterday (Friday 10th April) to cut this review short I still hadn't seen a doctor wasn't going to be discharged until today Saturday 11th April) more like Monday my partner told a nurse that I was going to discharge myself so they came to my room after five minutes got nasty, and then another nurse came to my room they pulled off the sterile thing that was round the cannula and yanked the cannula out of the back of my hand. An auxiliary nurse came back with my tea and the first nurse said to them very nastily "she is going home and won't be wanting her tea" but never got a discharge letter either or a copy to give to my gp neither.
