"Doctor with attitude"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

My baby got fever and didn't sleep for 24 hrs. We got worried so at 2am we went to the A&E. I gave a birth in the hospital and I must say everyone was extremely helpful so I was hoping for the same once we arrived to the A&E. Well, there was a doctor with massive attitude. Basically, they were looking at us like and so why are you here? Child doesn't have 40 degrees, he doesn't have any other symptoms of anything serious so what is your problem? Well dear doctor, my child was unwell so we went to seek for your help. Your job is to help, not to have a stupid behaviour. There were 3 drunken men in the waiting area sleeping, one urinated himself, terrible smell, and those got better treatment than we did! Just want to say, if anyone of my family will be a little ill, I will be going to that department to get advice whether doctor like it or not. And last one, if the department is busy I would maybe a little understand, but there was no one apart from us and three drunkers.... Management should get some training to their doctors to be polite and not miserable. If you don't like your job, find another one.
