"Rejected by the Reception staff"

About: Tewkesbury Hospital

I made the mistake of telling the reception staff that I thought I'd need an X-ray. To which they gave me a slip of paper with the phone number of X-ray appointments. They didn't offer to call for me or book me in to see a doctor at the miu. After 20mins of calling the number I was told I neded a referral. So now I'm waiting to see my GP. Rubbish. Don't tell the reception staff anything except your name & postcode and maybe you'll get to see a doctor
