I had a 9 am appointment for an oncology clinic. We arrived at 8.35 and I needed a loo. The ground floor ladies was closed for cleaning. I asked at Reception and was directed to the first floor; this one was also closed for cleaning. The cleaner suggested I take the stairs to the 2nd floor. In the end I found a WC near breast services. Please could you sort out your admin so that the main visitors' toilets are not both closed for cleaning at the same time? Several other women were also waiting and unhappy about the situation. It's a little thing, but would make for a better patient experience.
"Toilets - please sort out access!"
