(as the patient),

On going to a & e with abdo pain, I was whisked up to sonning ward and looked after by the fab healthcare team there, HCA, nurses, anesthetists and surgeons. All procedures explained fully to me and reassured by all of the team.

After never being in hospital before or having any operations I was very pleased with how they dealt with and looked after me.
