About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Been referred in February for gastroscopy and still not given a date. Had another consultant appointment on Tuesday 31st march and again referred for endoscopy and this time tagged as urgent. Desk would not give me a date and simply tell me I am on a waiting list for urgent and I should hear back by letter at some point. How is that treating it as urgent as recorded on request from their consultant? Terrible service as I sit here suffering with what is deemed urgent to be investigated but nobody treating it so for getting appointment for endoscopy.
