"Poor service"

A lovely hospital, easy parking which is free. This is a private hospital which also sees NHS patients. I visited as an NHS patient and was treated poorly by the receptionist and consultant. The receptionist was abrupt and unhelpful. The consultant had poor patient communication skills and appeared disinterested in my case. Hopefully they treat "paying" patients better! I had a choice of hospitals when I made my appointment and shall choose a non private one next time.
