"thank you to the paramedic who attended my husband"

About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as a relative),

Many, many thanks to the tall paramedic who attended my husband in Lutterworth on Saturday night and treated him until ambulance staff arrived. We would not have managed without your expertise and so much appreciated your confident yet friendly manner.

Felt we should let you know how grateful we are. Hope you read this. Many thanks.

Thank you for your kind words and I am very sorry for the delay in our response to you.

If you're able to share a bit more detail (eg, date, time and location for call) with our PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) team, they will be able to identify the ambulance crew and share your praise with them. You can contact them via telephone 0333 012 4216 or email PALS.Office@emas.nhs.uk.

I hope your husband is making a good recovery.

Kind regards

Melanie Wright

EMAS Deputy Director of Communications and Engagement
