"Day surgery admission"

I had an appointment for day surgery which was booked for the morning. Everybody in the team really impressed me on their professionalism, team working, and patient respect. At all times I was able to ask questions. I was introduced to the people who would be involved in my treatment. Unfortunately my time came up last of morning surgery so quite a long wait, but hey somebody has to be last, and the staff never made me feel abandoned. I was taken to ward 12a for recovery, again the staff were so kind and reassuring. Every member of the hospital staff that I came in contact with had the same friendly approach. I would like to make sure that the doctor and their team receive my utmost thanks, at a time when people find it easier to complain.
