"So caring"

About: Basildon University Hospital

Having had to go to a&e once just over a year ago with asthma attack and cronic infections. The staff were brilliant, caring, helpful, right up to being admitted to ward. Then again had to visit on 17th of this month. Seen so quickly, x rays had, and a broken collar bone explained and strapped up. Can't fault this department. They are so busy but work so hard and treat you excellently. Just would like to say thank you for your care.
