I was seen on time in the audiology department by one of the consulting/technical team. They were courteous and efficient throughout the visit . They rectified the fault straight away . Although they were very professional they still had a cheerful and helpful manner ,nothing was too much trouble !. Thank you and please make sure they see this review visited on 24th march 2015
