"baby vaccinations are always late"

I am extremely annoyed with my sugery, my daughters baby vaccinations have been extremely late for the second time now!

her second vaccinations was over 4 weeks late and I had to call to arrange for them to make a appointment when the nurse is supposed to contact you with the baby's appointment for the jabs, when I contacted the surgery to explain this they could only offer me a appointment 3 weeks after I had called which made the vaccinations even more late, after she had theses jabs I tried to make a appointment at the reception for 4weeks time for her 3rd set of vaccinations and was told that they cant make appointments for this as the nurse is the one who makes the appointments! so iv waited and waited its been 4 weeks now and no appointment so I will be taking this further! its not like we are talking about a appointment for a common cold it is a vital appointment for the health of a 6 month old baby
