What I liked

I gave birth at Southmeads maternity unit. I was really impressed with the birthing suite & the midwife who deliveried my baby. However the way I was treated on the ward post natal was disgusting. I was made to feel like an inconvienience even though it wasn't busy, and they trying to bully me into treatments that I did not want without a good explanation as to why. I discharged myself and my GP agreed that what they tried to force was not nessicery.

What could be improved

The nurses on the wards attitudes.

Anything else?

Giving birth at southmead was a wonderful experience despite the aftercare.
