My daughter unfortunately had to be admitted twice for two surgical procedures during 2014. The care she received from arriving in A&E on her first admission to leaving ward 10 was first class. All of the staff involved in her care were very kind and caring and they kept us informed at all times. Pain relief was provided promptly to try and keep my daughter comfortable. I was able to stay overnight as a put up bed was provided and parents also have access to a small kitchen area which is a great help so you can stay on the ward. I had no hesitation in choosing the James Paget Hospital over the NNUH when my daughter had to be admitted again by her GP a couple of months later for an emergency procedure which was taken very seriously and dealt with extremely promptly. A huge thank you to everyone.
"Top marks!"
