Every aspect of the Nottingham Circle Treatment Centre is 1st rate: the design and maintainance of the bulding, the clear signage, the very helpful staff, the quality of the furniture and fittings, the very high levels of cleanliness, and the clinical care. This is what the NHS should be like. The clinicians and nursing staff I saw at the Circle were: friendly, helpful, competent, professional, reassuring, caring: most unlike th majority of staff I have unfortunately come across in past NHS hospital experiences.
