"Tongue cancer"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

I was diagnosed in December 2013 and had my op.on 8th Jan 2014. At all times I was treated with kindness and consideration. I spent four days in Kinmonth where I felt comfortable and safe. All the staff were kind. I now attend the clinic every two months. After my stay in the Royal I decided to stop my private insurance. Nowhere could I have got better treatment.

Dear reviewer, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. It must have been a distressing time for you and your family when diagnosed, but we are incredibly pleased to hear the team here at the Royal, and in particular, on Kinmouth Unit have treated you with the utmost care and professionalism. We have shared this with the matron and ward sister, as well as the service managers to share with the wider teams. Best wishes for the future, Communications Team Leicester's Hospitals
