I believe the staff are strong working in such a testing environment, most of them I have noticed, with regards to their mentality and attitudes.
I have been here two times in 4 years and Its good to see similar faces and most of the same work force here.
I am a quick-recovery patient experiencing some depression symptoms. I have always been a perfectionists and high achiever in my family so this had taken its toll in a big way.
I think there is too many staff and not enough of a clear authority structure to know who we speak to about what and when here, If this improves it would be a great recovery place, I also think staff constantly need training options themselves, as the interactions with us could weaken them at times. Refreshing time away and courses will help them stay focused, I believe.
I need to get back to finishing up the things I started with and seeing them through for e. g. Studies and part time job (ongoing), friendship circle and family time. Team working is so important.
The place is clean and food is great too, the deserts could be a bit more differing. The bike in the Gym is not working properly. The TV needs to have more of the basic channels and a DVD stand close by for movie nights. The leave patients get needs to be given more sparingly so. This is a basic need.
