Totally against the infringment of the private sector on the NHS. Staff all pleasant and efficient and the building is a nice, clean,organised and presentable environment No parking available, full and queing, and parking elsewhere was more expensive. Reception said there was nothing they could do about refunding the extra fees. Appointment 25 minutes late. Can accept small delays but a simple display informing patients of waiting times would be good. 6 weeks between appointments. Could in my mind book appointments ahead so that after a scan, having waited 6 weeks, you get the results the next week. Not another 6 weeks time. Given open appointment after this visit that consultatnt said lasts about a year. This 'about' phrase makes me suspicious. Don't want to have to wait months going through GP to get back in to system if syptoms worsen
