"Nothing but praise!"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

We left home at the crack of dawn, well almost, in order to find a disabled bay to park, having experienced difficulty a couple of years ago. This is not our local hospital but we have needed to visit every 2-3 years for different reasons. Found a place to get a newspaper, coffee and sandwich for breakfast, as we had plenty of time before appointment. Directions were clear and easy to follow, from receptionist for Department required. Once found, short wait only to make myself known to receptionist there; waited in area with plenty of room. Noted on way in that that the Dermatalogy Department actually opens at 07.15, so we were very impressed with that, although it was still very busy! I was 20 minutes past my appointment time, when called in but didn't mind; even expecting a wait as they were all so busy. The doctor was extremely professional; I was given choices about treatment; it was done there and then; the 'thing' on my face sprayed with liquid nitrogen, all explained to me very well. An explanatory leaflet given to me; the following events have happened (up to present) as the Dr. said they would and I wish I had asked about it years ago! My husband and I had nothing but praise for all aspects of our visit last week to Medway Maritime Outpatients Hospital.
