I visited this service because I was recommended to see a Doctor by the NHS 111 service. I was very anxious and the staff were very understanding, reassuring and professional. They had all of the details from my 111 call so knew why I was there, and I'd arrived and was seen within an hour. I really can't fault anything, and would definitely recommend it.
