"New service is so much better"

About: Rotherham PCT / Continence service

(as the patient),

I self catheterise everyday and when in need for a new fit for this, I used to have such a long process. I had to contact my doctor, get a prescription, and then go to the chemist. This new service is so much better, as I can get what I need so easily now. It is a fantastic service. Thank you for introducing it.
