"Syon 2 ward disgraceful"

My father has been in this ward for a month now with a fractured leg he is type 1 diabetic. In the 4 weeks he has been there the level of care is disgusting he is disabled and cannot get to the toilet he had diorah and was just left to sit in his own excrement for 40 mins. In 4 weeks they could not get his diabetic levels right always reading very high so we called a meeting with the doctors and the ward manager and explained he needed more insulin which they ignored. My father was calling me daily and I could hear that he was deteriorating by the hour even telling me he us scared to go to sleep as he might not wake up. I am having to go the hospital again today to complain about the service he is recieving. Iv already complained to the complaints manager thinking things would get resolved and over the last week things got worse. I cannot belive a hospital can not get the simple things like his diabetic levels correct or control his diorah and he is not eating at all and they run out of protien drinks! Even the nurses told us to bring his own food in. Absolutely disgraceful my husband wanst to take him in his wheelchair today out the hospital to another one as we are all atour wits end. They don't even care he is not eating
