About: Weston General Hospital

Following two complicated cataract operations, my elderly mother had laser treatment a week ago. She called me yesterday as her sight had substantially deteriorated. After many unsuccessful and fruitless phone calls to the Bristol Eye Hospital, I spoke to a member of the Consultant's medical secretarial team at Weston General Hospital. I would like to thank her for listening to my concerns, thinking laterally and offering helpful options and suggestions. My mother was able to have an early review and was prescribed the medication she needed immediately. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to this member of staff.
