I have been having problems with a severe infection, finally I was sent to the Royal Surrey hospital, where I was an emergency case. After telling them on numerous occasions about my family history, Owais treated by junior drs, who kept on changing, every time I visited. I am attending every other day, they always clean out my ear, prod me about etc, saying they can't see what is happening, after my fourth vist, basically I ended up I could not open my jaw due to the infection. I had to beg for an appointment. After more prodding from Junior drs, finally I saw an official looking lad, who was there at the time within two seconds of her looking into my good ear she said " look that's where the perforation is," no pulling tugging, she basically told me that the medicines I was on we're not right, I needed surgery. She kindly has fast tracked me to ENTt specialists. Before this happened I telephoned Chandon ward, after eternal waiting I told them that when I was putting my medicine in ears my whole war was burning and that due to not being able to open mouth I was suffereing with panic attacks,. she basically said go away you have psychological issues, my advice is carry on with meds. all I can say is I was very lucky I went into hospital and somebody who knew their job walked in.
