About: Derriford Hospital

We arrived for an appointment at 5pm at the chest clinic to pick up a cpap machine .on our arrival there was no one there but other people with appointments . when I finally seen a HCA who then went to find out who was dealing with us she came back and said did you not get a letter to say the appointment had been cancelled I said no she said you didn't get a call cancelling .I said no she just said oh you'll get it tomorrow most probably. I was not impressed at all as on Monday I had a text message to remind me about appointment and a telephone reminder..It took me an hour to get through the traffic from the city centre and then to add insult to injury had to pay for the parking ..my estimation has gone right down now .on derriford.....contact people if you have to cancel don't wait till they get there for there appointment Chest clinic zone E he went to
