Just used the walk-in centre for the first time and it was great. Warm, friendy welcome by reception; clean environment; only wated five mnutes to be seen; sound, clinical advice given.
Couldn't have received a better service.
Couldn't get an appointment with my GP. If everyone was seen this quickly we would soon have people getting back to work earlier.
Well done NHS on providing a modern and efficient servie that suits working people.
