"childrens ward"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

Son had procedure and had to stay on children's ward 19 staff were fantastic. They put him at ease friendly understanding and nothing was too much trouble for the nurses .I think they are unappreciated and underpaid for what they do they were all on the go and no stop for the whole time we were there.Big thankyou to all the nursing staff. The only complaint i had was that i parked at the one end of the hospital and was unable to find a machine to pay for parking ended up having to walk all the way back to the main entrance to get a parking ticket then had to walk all the way back to my car before eventually having to walk to the ward which was extremely difficult as i am disabled on crutches i was exhausted this needs to be looked at .

Anonymous Thank you for your mixed comments regarding your son's admission to the Princess Royal Hospital which I will pass on to the Manager of Ward 19 and also the Estates Department regarding the lack of car parking machines Di Davis Patient Advice and Liaison Service Co-ordinator Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust
