Just a few words to say thank you to Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust and to Rachel Redford and all the members of staff involved with the Panthers/Trusts campaign.

The “check it out” Campaign is a great idea to get people more informed with its Healthy Body, Heathy mind promotion and with attendances in excess of 5000 at the NIC arena what better way to spread the word on issues of keeping health body and an active mind.

It is an absolute pleasure to lead the Check it out Campaign for the Trust and you are very right, the arena holds a lot of people and we can spread the message about keeping a healthy body and mind and help remove the stigma.
