No communication, unhelpful staff, battle to find anything out, not treated with dignity and respect, phone calls not returned from the ward, not informed about decisions, shall I go on appalling official complaint being made.

We were extremely sorry to hear of the problems you and your mother experienced during her stay on Ward 4 at our London Road Community Hospital site and would like to offer sincere apologies for the upset caused at this time.
