"hygiene"

About: Torbay Hospital

I was on forest ward over the weekend, most of the staff were great, if a little rushed, however, despite looking clean overall the hygiene was all over the place: i never once saw the blood preassure cuff cleaned between patients, [mrsa risk ?] , a meal served in error, taken away and re-issued, a member of staff stinking of ciggarettes taking b.p., and finally, wiping down the bin lid and the tables with the same cloth, leaving visible bits of dirt all over my previously clean table. It`s a real shame that just a couple of staff members can drag it all down.
