Efficient & friendly reception took my information, gave estimated time wait and advised where to wait. Wait was slightly less than the hour I was advised. Friendly and competent nurse practitioner cleaned, stitched and patched up my wound with very little discomfort. He then advised me what to do for ongoing care and gave me the appropriate information leaflet. Very good experience - thank you.
