(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was had investigations commencing Spring last year, including endoscopy. She was diagnosed with coeliac disease and is now feeling much better on gluten free diet.

I would like to thank gastro team for great care which continues on follow up. It was a worrying time but they were so good at explanation re procedure and reassurance, which made a huge difference to our experience.

Thank you for sharing your positive experience via Patient Opinion. I am pleased to hear that your daughter is now feeling much better following her diagnosis of coeliac disase and commencement on a gluten free diet.

I know it can be an extremely worrying time when your child has to undergo tests and it is good to hear that the Gastro Team provided reassurance to you and explained the procedure they were to carry out. I will certainly ensure your thanks are shared with the Team so they are aware that the care they provided made a huge difference to your experience.
