"Poor service"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital

Attended outpatients and had several tests to check on the health of my heart. Despite chasing up my results there has been no return of calls nor any update of the results. Considering the service that is achieved at other hospitals this is extremely poor service. A phone call back to say that things are being looked into would of helped....but nothing. Will now be raising a formal complaint.

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback about our outpatient department. I'm sorry you should have received a call back after these investigations. I will be passing your comments onto the outpatient manager who I'm sure will be very disappointed to read about your experience.

I would advise you make contact with our Patient Relations Team on 01253 955588 so they can liaise with the department on your behalf and get an update on your situation. They will also be able to provide assistance and information about our formal complaints process.
